Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that qualify under the manufacturer’s warranty or where defects are confirmed. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Certain items, including consumables and personal care products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
