HOW WE GOT HERE
LFF Enhancement Wellness Care was started years ago when a group of mothers from all walks of life were in search of a diagnosis and tx for their family members to no avail. With no answers in sight, they felt that the system set up was failing them and their families. So, they decided to turn to the floating hospital, Children hospital Boston, hospital for sick children Toronto, Dana-Farber, and collectively, with the help and direction of well-known doctors things started falling into place. One of our most prominent doctors and healthcare professionals includes Dr. Rosso. Dr. Rosso pioneered mental health care to underprivileged communities – leaving academic research at Johns Hopkins and completing his residency in medicine at Harvard University. In the early 70s, he launched urban community programs to assist victims and families of drug abuse.

More About Us
- Our uniqueness is that we work collectively with the affected communities/ individuals through outreach programs. With the help of the community, we can identify their needs and directly make sure they get help. We do not work in the abstract!

Our Community Health Workers
- They help to strengthening the community in various ways – bridge between the healthcare and the community – ensuring that people receive appropriate care and services as effective as possible, and that the individuals and communities are able to take care of their health in collaboration with their healthcare workers, their primary care physician and their significant others
- Our community health workers are frontline public health outreach workers, most of them are certified in healthcare community work and are trusted members of the communities they serve.
