RURAL WORK
Our commitment to our neighbors is a value that is rooted in rural communities. We pull together because we count on each other in small towns. The COVID-19 pandemic has been catastrophic for the communities we serve. Three out of five of our rural participants have reported increased feelings of loneliness and isolation. Such feelings are a precursor to depression and other mental health disorders, and a risk factor for heart diseases, diabetes and arthritis. We need your help to obtain funding to purchase necessary supplies for our rural communities including nonperishable foods, weighted calming blankets, and hygiene products. A small gesture of LOVE and CARING.

The second is to obtain funding to purchase technology (computers, tablets, etc.) that will be provided to our members and community health workers for a 6 week workshops.
